In article from positions of the system approach is analyzed a problem of integrity of person's individuality in interaction of its three basic levels: genetic, psychophysiological and psychological. Theoretical-empirical research of role of genotype and environment factors in formation of psychological level in individuality structure with reference to cognitive development is offered. The concept endo-phenotype as the link mediating influence of a genotype on specific features of cognitive functioning is considered. The important role of the subject in definition of character of the genotype-environment connections in sphere of indicators of cognitive development is underlined.
Keywords: individuality structure, ontogenesis, subject, parity genotype-environment connections, endo-phenotype, speed of information processing, electroencephalogram, caused potentials
