Belov A.B. Social-psychological features of client perception in business communication

The results of study of perceiving clients by various companies employees (N = 142) in situations of business communication are presented. The significant differences between perceptions of “convenient” and “inconvenient” clients based on characteristics connected with peculiarities and possible difficulties in communication are found. The differences in the structure of client perception are identified: the image of “convenient” client is more differentiated in the employees perception than the one of “inconvenient” client.
