The structure of personal and professional competence of the teacher was analyzed. A hierarchic structural model of acmeological competence was developed. Motivational, instrumental-operational, perceptive-regulatory, reflexive-evaluative components were identified as the basic ones. 99 teachers of different qualification took part in the study. The appropriateness of the proposed model was proved by significant differences between groups of teachers opposite for acmeological competence. The proposed model allows to measure the level of individual acmeological competence and to predict the development of acmeological competence in professional activity of the teachers.
