Факторы «Большой пятерки» как психологические предикторы академической успеваемости студентов вузов

Аннотация

Изучаются психологические предикторы академической успеваемости студентов (N = 176) одного из крупных российских вузов. Цель исследования: оценить вклад факторов Большой Пятёрки личностных черт в различные виды академической успеваемости. В качестве оценки академической успешности до поступления в вуз использовались результаты Единого государственного экзамена; средний балл за время обучения в вузе служил показателем текущей успеваемости. Выявлено, что интроверсия, согласие, нейротизм и открытость опыту являются значимыми предикторами академических достижений студентов российского вуза. Эти результаты лишь частично подтверждаются результатами аналогичных исследований, проведённых в Западной Европе и Америке. Анализируются возможные причины этих несоответствий. Делается вывод о том, что они обусловлены различиями образовательной среды разных стран и тех требований к личностным особенностям студентов, которые предъявляет университетская среда.
