Специфика адаптации китайских и туркменских студентов в российском вузе

В статье представлены результаты исследования социально-психологической адаптации иностранных студентов в московских вузах. Исследование проведено в период адаптации к новым условиям обучения и жизни – в первые два месяца обучения на 1-м курсе. В нем приняли участие две основные группы – студенты из Китая и Туркменистана, а также контрольная группа – российские студенты (по 50 человек). Использовались методика диагностики социально-психологической адаптации К.Роджерса и Р.Даймонда, проективная методика «Неоконченные предложения». Установлено, что уровень адаптации у туркменских студентов выше, чем у китайских (по параметрам «самопринятие», «эмоциональный комфорт», «адаптация к социальному взаимодействию»). Эти различия объясняются разной мотивацией поступления в российские вузы: для туркменских студентов обучение здесь является престижной целью, с перспективой интеграции, для китайских – первоначальным этапом на пути к дальней цели – карьере на Западе. Интегративная мотивация облегчает, а инструментальная затрудняет процесс адаптации. В то же время адаптация китайских студентов является благополучной, поскольку ее показатели близки к показателям адаптации российских студентов и соответствуют нормативным.
