Систематический обзор исследований взаимосвязи социального интеллекта и личностных черт в зарубежных публикациях

Аннотация

В статье изложены результаты проведенного авторами систематического обзора зарубежных научных публикаций, посвященных взаимосвязи социального интеллекта и личностных черт. На основе анализа 66 научных статей и диссертаций (шесть теоретических, две методологические, пятьдесят восемь эмпирических работ), опубликованных на английском языке в зарубежных журналах, индексируемых в базах Academic Search Complete, PsycINFO+PsycARTICLES, ProQuest Dissertations & Theses, Web of Science, Scopus, обобщены типы, выраженность и контекстуальные характеристики связей между показателями социального интеллекта и личностными характеристиками. Основными анализируемыми переменными выступили тип публикации, методический подход и конкретные методики исследования, тип исследуемой группы, прикладной аспект изучаемых феноменов, страна проведения исследования. Авторы проанализированных публикаций рассматривали измерения социального интеллекта и личностных качеств педагогов; влияние социального интеллекта, внутриличностных и межличностных интеллектуальных компетенций на успешность образовательного процесса; роль социального интеллекта и личностных черт в эффективности управленческой деятельности и их важность для лидера и руководителя; значимость социального интеллекта и личностных характеристик для феномена жизнестойкости; гендерные различия в параметрах социального интеллекта и определенных качеств личности. В качестве объекта эмпирических исследований выступал преимущественно образовательный (дошкольный, младший школьный, подростковый и юношеский возраст) и профессиональный (педагоги, военные, медицинский персонал, менеджеры и управленцы) типы малых групп. Не было обнаружено исследований, объектом которых выступали бы лица в период поздней взрослости или пожилого возраста. Для эмпирического сбора данных чаще всего использовались комплексные психодиагностические методики, содержащие тест-опросники, экспертные оценки и самоотчеты. Обработка результатов проводилась преимущественно методом корреляционного анализа. Содержанием многих проанализированных работ были также разработанные их авторами рекомендации по развитию социального интеллекта и эффективному использованию личностных качеств для психологов-консультантов, педагогов, директоров школ и других групп профессионалов психолого-педагогического профиля.
